Review: The Atheist Delusion |
Comfort is the force behind The Way of the Master television outreach series, and true to that name he uses the way of master - (the master being the Lord Jesus) - in this outreach. Jesus often used common, every day objects that people were familiar with to make his point - in a technique commonly called an object lesson. For example: The Birds of the Air The evidence is so compelling that by the end of Comfort's presentation, anyone still claiming "there's no evidence of God" looks and feels like a fool. So I rate this film as follows: For Christians - highly recommended - teaches a
great way to answer atheists and the "no evidence" claim Atheists - who want to remain "satisfied atheists" (As Dawkins put it) that will no longer be possible. After providing undeniable evidence, Comfort goes on to show why even in spite of such evidence, some will not believe. Thus though all are already "without excuse" (Rom 1.20) for not believing in God, for atheists, this will be further evidence of a willful rejection of God, proving further that they are without excuse. So view at the own risk - you will leave either as a theist, or one who knows he has rejected obvious truth of the living God. I leave you with this trailer:
